Nerds Are Welcome

Our Company Culture

At Trinisys, we spend a lot of time with data and software. It’s challenging work, and we love it. But for each member of our team to be consistently performing at the top of their game, we have to pay close attention to our culture. We nurture the Trinisys work environment with equal measures of respect, open communication, friendly competition, and fun. That translates into flexible work schedules, in-house and virtual events, and celebrating our successes.

Community Involvement

As a company, we believe in community partnership. In fact, our favorite team building strategy is to volunteer at local organizations that make a difference in the lives of children, the homeless and the hungry. So if you join our team, you’€ll get opportunities to play kickball with some awesome kids at the Boys & Girl€s Club, sort food at Second Harvest, get a game of basketball together with foster kids at My Friend’s House, help clean and organize a consignment store that helps the poor like Grace Works, or volunteer in job shadowing opportunities with Overton High School to promote technology careers with young adults.

When we work together to help others, we all win!
