William Bartholomew

Chief Executive Officer

William is a well-respected leader in the Nashville area and has an extensive background in executive leadership. William co-founded HCTec, a nationally known staffing and outsourcing firm, in 2010 and led the company through incredible growth and transition since its inception. In 2016, William launched HCTec’s healthcare Managed Services division and received the CHIME Collaboration Award with Saint Luke’s (Kansas City) in 2017. William is actively involved in the greater Nashville healthcare and technology communities and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team that will help guide Trinisys as it continues to significantly grow its client base and expand nationally.

Katie Thomas

Human Resources Director

Katie has 13+ years of Human Resources experience in the Healthcare IT industry and is SHRM-SCP certified. Prior to Trinisys, Katie served in several human resources/human capital roles and is a well-respected industry leader. At Trinisys, Katie is responsible for developing and overseeing HR strategies, tactics, systems, and procedures across the organization for the entire employee lifecycle. She excels in enriching employee and employer performances and experiences through human capital initiatives.

Penny Grogan

Vice President, Client Engagement

Penny is a 25+ year IT business development and client engagement veteran. At Trinisys, Penny is responsible for strategically and tactically building, developing, and securing Trinisys’ client relationships, customer base, and revenue growth. Prior to Trinisys, Penny served in a business development capacity for C Spire. Penny has been actively involved in the community, serving as the current Past President on the board of Women in Technology of Tennessee (WiTT), a board member for the Nashville Technology Council, sits on the Lipscomb University’s School of Computing and Informatics Advisory Council as the Chairperson, and is the Vice President of Sponsorship for the TN HIMSS Chapter. Penny received her B.S. in Business Management from Bethel University.

Amy Carden

Chief Financial Officer

Amy has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and financial fields and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Since joining the Trinisys team in 2009, Amy actively directs financial planning, analysis, and accounting practices while enhancing, developing, implementing and enforcing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems to improve operational effectiveness, maximize the return on financial assets, and mitigate risk while providing financial insight and strategy for the company. Prior to joining Trinisys, Amy spent 14 years at Ernst & Young, specializing in Tax Services. Amy is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).

Antoine Agassi

Executive Chairman

Antoine is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 30 years of senior leadership experience. He is a proven executive with a solid track record of acquiring, integrating and managing large-scale, successful and profitable operations. Agassi serves on various boards and advisory committee, also was voted a member of the Health Care 100 by the Nashville Business Journal, and his work around Informatics and understanding cloud computing was published by ASPATORE publishing. Agassi earned his MBA from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the State University of New York.

Jay Cannon

 Principal

Jay has 30 years of executive leadership with healthcare growth companies resulting in positive outcomes. Prior to joining Entrada in 2013 as Chief Development Officer, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Arcadia Solutions, a healthcare consulting and analytic technology provider located in Boston, MA. Before joining Arcadia, Jay was President and Chief Operating Officer for Webmedx, Inc., a Ferrer-Freeman portfolio company that was sold to Nuance Communications where Jay served as Vice President of Field Operations for the Healthcare Division. Previously, Jay led the growth and contributed to successful transactions of healthcare technology service companies including TotaleMed/Spheris as Executive Vice President, The MRC Group as VP of Operations and Medifax where he held Director of Operations and Branch Manager Positions. Jay is a graduate of the University of Kansas with degrees in Business and Economics. He lives in Franklin, TN with his wife Meg and two sons.

David Box

Co-Founder/Principal

David is a Trinisys co-founder and the principal architect of the Convergence solution. David's passion for solving business problems related to data developed from extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries where he created solutions for automation initiatives around document imaging and Web portal data capture. Prior to Trinisys David was a software developer for CNA, the seventh largest commercial insurer and thirteenth largest property and casualty insurer in the country.

Travis Gregg

Co-Founder/Principal

Travis is a Trinisys co-founder and co-architect of the Convergence Solution. With nearly two decades of information technology and business experience this former software engineer turned entrepreneur, applies his skill in document management, process automation, and rapid solution development to expanding the Trinisys product roadmap. Prior to Trinisys, Travis was a software developer for CNA, the seventh largest commercial insurer and thirteenth largest property and casualty insurer in the country.

Beth Hoeg

President & Chief Operating Officer

Beth is a B2B Information Technology professional with more than 26 years of experience in leading technology and organizational improvement initiatives and has overseen internal operations and all professional service engagements at Trinisys since 2009. Previously, Beth was a senior project manager and software development manager at PICA Group and a project manager for CNA Life. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Beth also serves on the boards of Women in Technology in Tennessee (WITT) and TechBridge.
